- Insert Class 10 TF card in advance before recording 4K/2K video.

The required software has not been sent/installed.
Test with multiple software. Check if the camera appears in the computer's Device Manager.
Check if the adapter plug is damaged (replace it for testing).
Red means the camera cannot be started or has stopped working (firmware reflash may be required). Orange means normal operation.
Check if the camera has an SD card (max. 32GB, read/write speed > 10MB/s) or USB drive inserted.
The monitor's resolution or refresh rate is not supported. Change or adjust the resolution to 1920*1080P.
First, restore the camera to factory settings. If the issue persists, adjust the color parameters.
Check if the battery (CR2025) is installed. The remote control only works in HDMI output mode.
Re-plug the USB drive multiple times and ensure it is fully inserted into the port.
