YIZHAN 215X Zoom C-Mount Industrial Microscope Lens for PCB & Electronic Component Inspection
YIZHAN 215X Zoom C-Mount Industrial Microscope Lens
The YIZHAN 215X Zoom Industrial Microscope Lens is a high-magnification optical lens designed for PCB inspection, electronic component inspection, precision repair, and industrial microscopy.
With a 35X–215X magnification range, 0.7X–4.5X optical zoom, and an extra-long 300mm working distance, the lens provides a flexible viewing solution for inspecting small components while maintaining sufficient working space between the lens and the sample.
The long working distance is particularly useful for applications where technicians need to operate tools, soldering equipment, or other instruments beneath the microscope.
Key Features
35X–215X High Magnification
The lens provides a wide magnification range from 35X to 215X when used with a 21-inch display, allowing users to switch between a broader inspection view and highly magnified observation of small details.
It is suitable for inspecting:
-
PCB components
-
IC chips
-
Solder joints
-
Connectors
-
Electronic components
-
Precision mechanical parts
-
Small surface defects
300mm Long Working Distance
The 300mm working distance provides generous clearance between the lens and the inspected object.
This makes it easier to:
-
Position tools under the lens
-
Perform soldering and rework
-
Handle electronic components
-
Adjust the sample
-
Inspect larger assemblies
-
Work comfortably during extended inspection tasks
For electronics repair and PCB inspection, the long working distance provides more practical operating space than conventional short-working-distance microscope optics.
0.7X–4.5X Optical Zoom
The optical zoom system offers a 0.7X–4.5X zoom range for flexible magnification adjustment.
Users can smoothly change the optical magnification according to the size and detail of the target without frequently changing lenses.
1:6.5 Zoom Ratio
The 1:6.5 zoom ratio provides a broad optical adjustment range, allowing users to move between overview inspection and detailed observation more efficiently.
This is useful when inspecting PCBs containing components of different sizes.
Adjustable Field of View
The lens provides a field-of-view range of approximately 2.67–22.85mm, depending on the optical configuration.
The wider field of view is useful for locating components and understanding the surrounding PCB area, while the narrower field of view helps users focus on small components and fine details.
Φ50mm Mounting Dimension
The lens features a Φ50mm mounting dimension, making it suitable for compatible microscope stands and optical systems designed for this mounting size.
Please confirm the mounting dimensions of your microscope stand before purchase.
Φ25.5mm Lens Diameter
The optical assembly features a Φ25.5mm lens diameter, providing a compact optical design suitable for professional digital microscope configurations.
Designed for Precision Inspection
The combination of high magnification and long working distance makes this lens particularly suitable for applications where both detailed observation and physical working space are required.
PCB & Electronic Component Inspection
Inspect small electronic components, solder joints, IC packages, connectors, and PCB traces during manufacturing, maintenance, and repair.
Electronics Repair
The 300mm working distance provides additional room for soldering irons, tweezers, probes, and other repair tools.
Suitable for:
-
Smartphone motherboard repair
-
PCB repair
-
IC inspection
-
Soldering and rework
-
Component replacement
-
Board-level troubleshooting
Industrial Inspection
The high magnification range can be used for inspecting small industrial components, precision parts, surface details, and manufacturing defects.
Precision Assembly
The long working distance allows technicians to observe small components while maintaining access to the work area for assembly and adjustment.
Machine Vision & Digital Microscopy
The lens can be integrated into compatible digital microscope and optical inspection systems for applications requiring high magnification and flexible optical zoom.

The required software has not been sent/installed.
Test with multiple software. Check if the camera appears in the computer's Device Manager.
Check if the adapter plug is damaged (replace it for testing).
Red means the camera cannot be started or has stopped working (firmware reflash may be required). Orange means normal operation.
Check if the camera has an SD card (max. 32GB, read/write speed > 10MB/s) or USB drive inserted.
The monitor's resolution or refresh rate is not supported. Change or adjust the resolution to 1920*1080P.
First, restore the camera to factory settings. If the issue persists, adjust the color parameters.
Check if the battery (CR2025) is installed. The remote control only works in HDMI output mode.
Re-plug the USB drive multiple times and ensure it is fully inserted into the port.
